Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement if there is any damage for a refund of the merchandise value. To return or exchange your item, ship the item by a trackable means (UPS/FedEx) prepaid to:

We accept furniture returns for up to 7 days; and 5 days on all other merchandise. Depending on your order a restocking fee may apply. For questions, call 530-582-6866, Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm Pacific Time. We cannot accept returns on final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
