Returns and Exchanges

At High Camp Home, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 7 days. We will arrange for a prompt replacement if there is any damage for a refund of the merchandise value. To return or exchange your item, ship the item by a trackable means (UPS/FedEx) prepaid to:

We accept furniture returns for up to 7 days; and 5 days on all other merchandise. Depending on your order, a restocking fee may apply. For questions, call 1 866 790 6501, Monday - Friday 10am-4pm Pacific Time. We cannot accept returns on final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
